The JM 1.5 Series offers the same architectural detailing capability as snap-lock panels. 
Smooth transitions from the  roof surfaces to the mansards, fascia, walls and soffits, but 
with the structural strength and weather-tightness  advantage of a mechanically seamed 
system.

Slope  
- Minimum slope requirement is 2/12 pitch.  
- Slopes less than 2/12 pitch must be pre approved by JM Metals.

Flashing  
- All flashings are to be produced in the same gauge as the roof system, unless 
  otherwise specified.

Substrate  
- The JM 1.5 Panel is to be installed over solid decking.
